Do we offer Free Shipping?
How does Pre-Order Pickup work?

We offer in-store pickup at our locations in Georgia for pre-order products available on our webstore.
When you place an order for pre-order pickup you will be asked to choose a date for your pickup.
Once your product is ready for release it will be processed by our staff and set aside to await pickup.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.
Please do not worry if you are not able to make your pickup date as we will still hold your order.
Orders not picked up within 14 days of their pickup date may be canceled and refunded.
How does In-Store Pickup work?

We offer in-store pickup at our location in Duluth Georgia for products available on our webstore.
When you place an order for pickup you will be asked to choose a date for your pickup.
Once we have received your order it will be processed by our staff and set aside to await pickup.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.
Please do not worry if you are not able to make your pickup date we will still hold your order.

How does Shipping work?

We offer shipping to the contiguous United States for products available on our webstore.

If your order is eligible for free shipping all you need to do is enter your shipping address at checkout.
When choosing other shipping options you will enter your shipping information and choose a provider.
We currently offer standard shipping options from either USPS or UPS with delivery times as shown.
Shipping costs will be shown based on your entered shipping information and chosen shipping method.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number for your order.
Please note that processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
What is our "Online Order" return policy?

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Contact our customer support team at orders@levelupgamesatl.com to request a return authorization.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and condition has been verified. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
What is our "In-Store Order" return policy?

All items returned must be unopened, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Returns must be within 30 days of original purchase.
We do not allow returns on sealed TCG product that has left the store.
Deposits and Gift Cards are non refundable. Level Up Games LLC reserves the right to refuse any return.
What is our Cancellation policy?

You may cancel orders that have not been picked up or shipped. Contact our customer support team at orders@levelupgamesatl.com to request an order cancellation.
Cancellations will be issued to the original payment method once the order status has been verified. Cancellations issued will be reduced by a fee of 5% excluding tax.
