Do we offer Free Shipping?
How does Pre-Order Pickup work?

We offer in-store pickup at any of our locations in Georgia for pre-order products available on our webstore.

When you place an order for pre-order pickup you will be asked to choose a date and time for your pickup.
Once product is ready for release it will be processed by our staff and set aside to await pickup.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been processed by our staff and is ready.
Please do not worry if you are not able to make your pickup date or time we will still hold your order.
Orders not picked up within 14 days of their pickup date will be canceled and refunded.
How does In-Store Pickup work?

We offer shipping to the contiguous United States for any products available on our webstore.

If your order is eligible for free shipping all you need to do is enter your shipping address at checkout.

We currently offer standard shipping options from either USPS or UPS with delivery times as shown.
Shipping costs will be shown based on your entered shipping information and chosen shipping method.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number for your order.

What is our Return Policy?

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
