Play Star Wars: Unlimited Quick on a Budget!
Are you new to trading card games in general, or want to jump into the exciting new Star Wars: Unlimited TCG community with a budget in mind? Then check out this budget-friendly Sabine Wren aggressive deck made entirely of commons and uncommon rarity cards, meaning these cards can be found easily in boosters!
Credit for the deck build goes to Outmaneuver – A Star Wars Unlimited Podcast. Check them out for an in-depth guide after this quick read on the deck’s basics. See the full deck list here.
Sabine Wren, Galvanized Revolutionary, will be your leader card for this deck. This means her non-epic action will be available to you every turn. As she can damage both bases directly, this deck will lean into an aggressive strategy of rebel card-type synergies and damage boosting as the plucky rebel forces race to victory!
The ground units in this deck will be a mix of decent early bodies like Battlefield Marine, ones that punch through or evade defenses like Sabine Wren, Explosive Artist, or boost/protect your troops like General Dodonna and Echo Base Defender.
So now you got troops on the ground and a brave leader to rally them, but you can’t forget this is Star Wars baby! That means…SPACE BATTLES!!!
Sabine’s ships are taking the same plan as her ground troops in this deck. Hit em’ hard and quick with some boosts to the team here and there.
Look to play Alliance X-Wing, Green Squadron A-Wing, and Wing Leader early to control Space and get some damage through to the enemy base. Bright Hope, The Last Transport, is here in this deck to draw damage away from your other ships with its Sentinel ability.
The Events of the deck are about getting extra utility out of your troops with more actions (mainly attacks) with Rebel Assult and Keep Fighting, plus some boosts after those attacks with Medal Ceremony to keep them in the fight.
When you have a feel for the game (and have fallen in love with it like the rest of us at Level Up Games) please check out Outmaneuver’s fully upgraded deck version in the video below! And give him a follow for his great work while you’re at it!
